If you are unsatisfied with your order, Creative Framing is willing to offer you a return for a credit or exchange. Your return must adhere to our policy and procedures outlined.
Creative Framing offers returns or exchanges on domestic orders within 10 days from the date of shipment/purchase (in store) and International orders within 20 days from the date of shipment.
Items must be in new condition in orginal packaging.
There will be no returns on sale or discounted items. All purchases on sale items are final. We will not be held responsible for shipping and handling costs for the return item (including packaging).
You can return items that you have purchased online to our local store for an exchange or refund, but you must present proof of purchase, ideally your tax invoice. Our store team member will assess the items and determine whether a refund or exchange will be offered in accordance with our policy. Refunds will be issued in the same form of tender, e.g. if you paid for your online order through PayPal or AfterPay, you are required to present the card associated with your PayPal or AfterPay account in store.
